Marcia Burns

MARCIA DAUGHDRILL BURNS - Marcia D. Burns, 63, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. She was born on March 1, 1958, in Mobile, Alabama.
Marcia graduated from Independent Methodist High School, Class of 1976. Marcia was a child of God and firm in her faith. She loved classical TV shows and reading books. She enjoyed spending time with her family and being surrounded by her loved ones. Marcia was compassionate by nature, always putting others before herself. To know her was to love her.

Marcia was preceded in death by her father Ike F. Daughdrill, her grandparents William L. & Celia B. Hillman, and Drew D. & Florence M. Daughdrill.

Marcia is survived by her mother Maxine Hillman Daughdrill, son Jeremy Burns, daughter Jana Burns, sisters Francine Davis (Don) and Kerri Doss (Michael), two grandchildren Madeline Bodan and Madden O'Neal. She is also survived by her nieces, Danielle S. Brown (Steven); Celia L. Doss; and Kristen D. Rimmer (Matthew).

Services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, January 21, 2022 with visitation from 12:00pm until service time at 2:00pm. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
