Marcia Lynn Owen Flint, departed this earth for her heavenly home Monday, June 17, 2019.  Marcia was a 1968 graduate of Murphy High School and earned her License of Practical Nursing from Southwest State Technical College. For over 20 years she worshipped the one true Savior Jesus Christ at Life Church of Mobile.  She was gifted in playing any kind of guitar, loved to crochet and had a tender heart for all cats.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and considered all friends as family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James David Owen, Jr. and Jessie Alma Harrison Owen, and her siblings, Ruhane Bedsole, James Owen, Joe Owen, Betty Owen Wood, Myra Bedsole Thomas, Earnie Bedsole and Susan Owen Callaway; her daughter, Jennifer Flint and granddaughter, Dakota Flint.  Her survivors include her children, Matthew (Stacey) Flint and Jason (Tiffany) Flint; siblings, Hurley Hugh (Edna) Bedsole, Dianne (James) McCall and Debbie Gruber (Jeff) Reinsmith; grandchildren, Zakry Flint, Matthew Flint, Jr., Alexis Flint, Tyler Flint, and Timothy Flint; nieces and nephews, Polly McCall Garner, Beverly Callaway (Rob) Eubanks, Donald Callaway, Elizabeth McCall, David McCall and Michelle Callaway; other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2019 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.
