April 18, 1925 – April 20, 2020



Margaret Ethyl Williams Cannon, a devoted mother and wife, and a native of Columbus, GA and longtime resident of Mobile, went to be with Our Lord on two days after her 95th birthday. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, W. M. (Shorty) Cannon, daughter Dyann Reynolds, parents Edna and Albert Williams, sister, Polly Lehnig, brother, Johnny Williams (Violet), and grandson Dean Boggan. She is survived by her sister, Alberta Sapanos and her brother Robert Williams (Mary), her loving children, son, Jimmy (Pat), her daughters, Barbara Clements (David), and Betty Freeman (Jim), grandchildren Beau, Patty, Susan, Juli, Jamie, Jackie, Mike, Chris, Wendy, Ginny, Scott and many great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

A private graveside service will be held for the family on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at Mobile Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
