Marian Sophie Haney Hartmann
1925-2018

Passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018 at the age of 93. Mrs. Hartmann was a native of Fountain City, WI then a resident of Elm Grove, LA and in 2007 became a resident of Somerby of Mobile and spent the last months of her life at Mobile Nursing & Rehab. She was preceded in death by her parents, Esther and Alfred Haney; husband of 59 years, Glenn H. Hartmann and a son, Bruce Hartmann. She is survived by a son, Glenn (Deborah) Hartmann; daughter, Diane (Mark) Martin; step granddaughter, Rhonda (James) Wheeler; grandchildren, Michael Hartmann, Adam (Melissa) Bridges, Jennifer (Adam) Shelton; great grandchildren, Kane Bridges and Lyla Bridges, Lydia Wheeler; numerous nieces and nephews in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Trussville, AL. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday December 15, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from Episcopal Church of The Redeemer, 7125 Hitt Road, Mobile, AL, 36695 with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be served for the family following the services at the Church. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the local Alzheimers Association for research.
