Marshall Rowell

Marshall Foch Rowell, a native of Canoe, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the age of 84. Mr. Rowell retired from GAF Materials after 27 years of service. He was a Korean War Veteran and served in the Army's 25th Infantry Division. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Rowell and Mary Hall Rowell; his wife, Shirley Marie Rowell; son, Alden Ray Rowell and four brothers, Winford, William, Edison, Junior and Frank Rowell. He is survived by his son, Donnie N. (Marie) Rowell; daughter, Mamie Marie Rowell; two sisters, Winnie Mae Rowell Lewis and Grace Rowell; his brother, Bobby Rowell; one granddaughter, Amy Rowell; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.
