Martha Elizabeth Posey Barrow departed this life on Sunday. Born outside Red Level, Alabama to Crayton and Vinnie Posey, she enjoyed life with 9 siblings. She married Benjamin Franklin Barrow, who preceded her in death, and over their 61 years together they raised 6 children, and enjoyed 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Mrs. Barrow had a deep abiding faith her entire life and was active in numerous Baptist Churches, most recently Woodridge Baptist Church in Mobile. Mrs. Barrow is survived by her children and their spouses, Warren and Dolores Barrow of Montgomery, Charlotte Sims of Mobile, Jerry and Linda barrow of Flowery Branch, Georgia, Nita and Karl Seel of Semmes, Doug and Karen Barrow of Gulfport, Mississippi and Martha and Ken Nichols of Arlington, Texas. Funeral services will be held at Woodridge Baptist Church on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 12 noon, with visitation starting at 11 AM. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
