Marvina Lucille Tanner Janes, a longtime resident of Theodore, AL, died Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the age of 69. She was a cosmetologist and longtime member of First Baptist Tilman's Corner. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Gaines Tanner and Martha Adeline Stevenson Tanner. Her survivors include her husband of 43 years, Aubrey Gordon Janes; her son, Andy (Deanna) Janes; her grandson, Aubrey Janes; her brother, Marvin Ray (Jeanette) Tanner; other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening, December 19, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
