On March 1, 2016, Mrs. Hamilton died suddenly in her home. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Dennis Lee Hamilton, daughter Brenda (Bart) Russell, son Bill (Lisa) Hamilton, grandchildren Dillon (Brandi) Starkey, Patrick Russell, Abigail Hamilton and great-grandchildren Brooke Starkey, Melanie Davis, and Joshua Starkey.
A Memorial Service will be held at Hollinger's Island Baptist Church, 2450 Island Rd, Mobile, AL 36605, on Friday, March 4, at 11am, with family visitation at 10am. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Hollinger's Island Baptist Church Building Fund.
