Michael Baymiller

Michael Stephens (Mike) Baymiller, a resident of Dauphin Island and Theodore, Alabama passed away on March 2, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Mike was born on April 10, 1963, in Pine Bluff, AR. He grew up in Camden, AR, Bastrop, LA, Texarkana, TX, Mobile, AL and Ridgefield, CT where he graduated high school. He graduated from Troy University in 1985. From there, Mike went on to become a very successful Human Resources professional for International Paper where his career took him around the globe including stops in Memphis, TN, Savannah, GA, Georgetown, SC, Shanghai, China and Hyderabad, India. After retiring in 2018, Mike settled in Dauphin Island, AL where he could spend more time with his passion for boating and saltwater sport fishing. Mike was extremely active and also spent time hunting, traveling around the world, camping, exercising and sharing every moment he could with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky.

Survivors include his parents Dick and Norma Baymiller, his wife and best friend Kimberly Baymiller and daughters Michelle Baymiller, Katie Guerry and Anna Baymiller, grandchildren Bennett and Everett Guerry, sister Lisa McDonnieal and her husband Don and nephew Brian, brother Kenny Baymiller and his wife Lisa and nieces Nicole, Marley and Savannah and brother Doug Baymiller.

Memorial services will be held Friday, March 6, 2020, at 11:00 am at Springhill Presbyterian Church.
