Myra Jean Dixon, a native of Columbus, Ohio and a resident of Mobile, died on Saturday. She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Dixon. She is survived b6y three children, Babette (Murray) Dixon Authement, William (Jaime) Dixon and Thomas Dixon; five grandchildren, one great grandchild and other relatives. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated from Corpus Christi Catholic Church on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 11 am. Visitation will start at 10 am. In life Myra Jean requested that everyone attending her funeral wear their favorite color. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Catholic Charities. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
