Neal Atkinson

It is with great sadness that the family of Neal Atkinson, 64, announces he was called to his eternal resting place on September 1, 2020. He was a wonderful husband, father and friend. Though his passions could be seen in many things throughout his life; his love for the Lord, his family, and cooking, were the most prevalent. He entered this world on January 16, 1956 in Fort Worth, TX, born to Eddie and Betty Atkinson. He is survived by his wife Pam Atkinson, son Joel (Colleen) Atkinson - Cody, Cuyler, Kaeley; son Jordan Atkinson - Kelbie; daughter Whitney Atkinson - Or Palmor (fiancé). Neal is also survived by his mother, Betty Atkinson and brother, Lonnie (Linda) Atkinson- Trace. Neal prided himself on his love for our great country by proudly serving in the United States Coast Guard (1974 - 1979). The Celebration of Neal's Life will be held on October 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM from Luke 4:18 Fellowship, 2664 Sollie Rd, Mobile, AL  36695, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM.
