In 1927, Mrs. Nhu Diep was born to Mr. Phuong Diep and Mrs. Nguu Diep in Sa Dec Province, Vietnam. Mrs. Nhu Diep was raised in a family rooting three generations of Baptists. Throughout the course of her entire life, Mrs. Nhu Diep cultivated a strong love for God; and she always remained loyal to her Baptist faith.
In 1947, Mrs. Nhu Diep married Mr. Dac Trinh, and they started their family in Saigon City, working as a seamster-seamstress duo. Mrs. Nhu Diep and Mr. Dac Trinh relocated to Binh Duong Province in 1950 and then to Mobile, Alabama in 1991. Following Mr. Dac Trinh's passing in 2000, Mrs. Nhu Diep relocated to Dallas, Texas.
As a daughter, wife, and mother, Mrs. Nhu Diep was devoting and loving beyond words. Mrs. Nhu Diep's self-sacrificing spirit was apparent even in her adolescent years, when she helped her family earn extra income by preparing food for sale and working as a day laborer.
In total, Mrs. Nhu Diep gave birth to eight children (six sons and two daughters). Living near her children and grandchildren brought Mrs. Nhu Diep much joy and satisfaction, and she became a great role model for all the young ones in her family. Mrs. Nhu Diep was kind, generous, and quite dexterous too! She loved gardening and cooking. Most importantly, she loved to serve others and always lent a helping hand to those in need without expecting anything in return.
Mrs. Nhu Diep went home with the Lord on the 9th of December, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sons, Mr. Dzung Trinh and Mr. Nghia Trinh. Mrs. Nhu Diep is survived by:
