Noel Fell

Noel Amonda Phillips Fell, born December 11 1952, in Bay St. Louis, MS and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed into eternity in heaven Sunday November 18th, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her family. She worked for years as a Physical Therapist, she was a former faculty member at the University of South Alabama Physical Therapy program, and worked for many years in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy most recently at Spine and Rehab Solutions of Mobile. But her more significant calling was loving and caring for her family and friends. She was also a long-time volunteer "Chemo-sabe" at USA Mitchell Cancer Institute. She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Anthony "Bud" Phillips, and mother, Dorothy Simons Phillips. She leaves behind her husband of 32 years, Dennis, and children Nathan (Elana) and Hannah.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Community Church (7120 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL) on Tuesday November 20th at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Memorial Fund at Grace Community Church (7120 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL 36608) or to the "Dr Dennis and Noel PT Scholarship" at the University of South Alabama PT School (University of South Alabama Physical Therapy, 5721 USA Drive North, Mobile AL 36688).
