Norman Kearby

January 31, 1982-December 5, 2019

Norman David Kearby, 37, a native of San Diego, CA and current resident of Irvington, AL, passed away unexpectedly and suddenly at his home on December 5, 2019. Norman, a loving father and husband, was preceded by his mother, Sianiva. Norman is survived by his wife, Lorena; his three children, Zoanna Kearby 15, Michaela Kearby 12, and Evelyn Kearby 7; his father, William David Kearby of Mobile, AL; In-laws, Preston and Connie Hale and Corin Hale of Ohio; other relatives and friends. Norman was a US Navy Veteran where he met his wife and they shared 19 ½ wonderful years together -- married one month shy of 18 years. He was employed by City Facilities and will be remembered by his family and friends, and even strangers he would meet, for his generosity and helpfulness. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He was a member of St. Elmo Seven Day Adventist Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
