In Loving Memory of Patricia Siebert Clarke (Patty)

January 19th 1957 - August 4th 2023

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Siebert Clarke. She was a loving partner, mother, and granny. Patty departed this world on August 4th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. She passed peacefully in her home.

Patty was the daughter of Vivian Simms and sister to Richard Siebert, Stanley Siebert, and Michael Simms. She led a fulfilling life marked by kindness, lots of humor, and love for her family. She attended Robert E. Lee High School. She worked at Montgomery East and St. Margaret's Hospital for several years before meeting the father of her children and becoming a stay at home mother.

Patty was the beloved partner of Jimmy Christie, with whom she shared many wonderful years of love, laughter, and companionship. Together they created a home filled with warmth where cherished memories were made.

Patty's love extended to her children, Joshua (Lauren) Clarke, Laura (Brandon) Benton, Sarah (Mario) DiCarlo, Emily Clarke. One of Patty's greatest joy's came from getting to know her beautiful grandchildren: Caroline, Camille, Norah, Mollie, and Dalton. Her face would light up with pride whenever she was near them and one of our fondest memories will be her never-ending Facebook posts!

Anyone who knew Patty knows that her family meant the world to her and she loved spending time with Jimmy. She was a die hard Alabama Fan and loved feeding and watching birds on the front porch of their home.

As we bid farewell to Patty, we take solace in knowing that her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she loved. May she rest in peace, knowing that she has left an indelible mark on the lives of those who will continue to honor her memory.

A graveside ceremony will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Thursday, August 10th at 10:00am, followed by a Celebration of Life at The Grove Church (Schillinger and Cottage Hill) from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
