Peggy Marie Toth

Peggy Marie Toth, age 88, passed peacefully to her eternal home on October 15, 2022. Peggy was born on December 31, 1933, in the town of Prichard, Alabama located in Mobile County to Paul Elmer Taylor and Ruby Louise Ulmer. She graduated from Murphy High School. Peggy married Joseph Toth Jr. on May 19th, 1956, and they had five children, Tavi, Joe, Taylor, Tobi and Travis.
While living in Miami, Florida, Peggy and Joe divorced on July 28, 1972. Peggy raised five children while working many hours in retail sales. She was a prayer warrior and a dedicated mother providing the needs for her children. Peggy lost her mom at an early age and consequently moved back to her hometown of Mobile, Alabama in 1982 to be close to her father and family.
Peggy enjoyed loving on her grandchildren, vacationing at Gulf Shores with her family, caring for her orchids and geraniums by her pool, and making her favorite family secret dessert she called Krispies for every occasion. Peggy always looked forward to sharing New Year's Eve with her entire family to celebrate her birthday.
Peggy is survived by her five children: Tavi Miller of Ocala, Florida, Joe (Krissy) Toth III of Cumming, Georgia, Taylor (Kerri) Toth of Lynn Haven, Florida, Tobi Toth of Pensacola, Florida and Travis (Elisa) Toth of Mobile, Alabama. 10 grandchildren: Melinda Miller, Amber (Jeremy) Hartley, Teddy Toth, Ellie Jeanne Toth, Austin (Victoria) Toth, Jillian Toth, Jessica (Rob) Pohl, Aaron (Emily) Volk, Eric Toth, Larkin Toth, and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Louise Taylor, and her sister Faye (Stormy) Williams.

Services will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, November, 10, 2022 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm graveside service in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
