Ramia Pryor

November 16, 1920 — June 18, 2016

Ramia Lee Walters Pryor was ushered into Heaven, her eternal home, on Saturday, June 18, 2016. She was surrounded by her family at home. She was born November 16, 1920 in Green County, MS to Polie and Villa Walters. Her family moved shortly thereafter to Wayne County. In 1962 they moved to Big Point, MS where they lived out the remainder of their lives. Our Daddy passed away in February 2004 after 67 years of marriage.
Our Mother was a woman of character. She devoted her life to her family. She was affectionately nicknamed "Butterbean" because she was so fast at shelling them but she was most famous for her Pecan Pie. She leaves a great legacy of godly leadership. She ask Jesus into her heart at an early age and has lived her life in the most Christ-like fashion. Well done are words she will definitely hear from our Lord and Savior.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Janice (Charles) Holifield, brother and sister-in-law Terrell (Edith) Walters and one nephew Terry Holifield.
