Randal Millican

Randal "Randy" Dean Millican, a longtime resident of Grand Bay, AL, born, March 4, 1945, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the age of 72 surrounded by his wife and children. He is survived by his wife, Rusamee Kaisaeng.; his step-son, Bill (Michael) Shenesey of Bay St. Louis, MS; step-daughters, Katherine (Ronald) Richard Jr. of Biloxi, MS and Mary Shenesey of Bay St. Louis; siblings, Bill (Betty) Millican, David and Doris Millican; Beth (Larry) Taylor; grandchildren, David G. Moore of Citronelle, AL, Peyton (Matthew) Williams of Citronelle, AL, Madison Rankin and fiancé, Nicholas DeVeer of Baton Rouge, LA and Luis Rankin of Biloxi, MS four step- grandchildren, Ronald C. Richard III of New Orleans, LA, Ross Kaycee Richard of Slidell, LA, Joshua Richard of New Orleans, LA and Jeremy Richard of Slidell, LA; great-grandchildren, Aaden Gafford, Lyla Richard, Journee Moore, Nolan Williams and Kairi Moore; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives friends. Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac Belman Millican and Lura Evelyn Akers Millican, brother, Wayne Millican, and sister, Martha Jean Graham. He was a graduate of Vigor High School, served in the United States Marine Reserves, and had a long career with CSX Railroad where he retired. Randy was an honest man with a kind heart. He was loved dearly by his family and friends and will be forever missed. Funeral services, officiated by Dr. David Millican, Randy's brother, will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Saraland, AL. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Randy's life. Donations can be sent to Rusamee Kaisaeng at 10704 Deakle Court, Grand Bay, Al 36541.
