Robert E. Meier, a native of Biloxi, MS and a longtime resident of Mobile, won his battle of cancer by coming into the presence of his Lord and Savior. Robert (Bob) graduated from Murphy High School and USA. He attended Pathway Church; where he and his wife volunteered in several ministry's. He was preceded in death by his wife, Teresa Orr Watson Meier and father, Raymond Meier and mother Myrtle Soeska and brother, Allen Meier, Sr. He is survived by his niece, Pamela Noffsinger (Hans) and nephew, Allen Meier, Jr.(Jaclyn; grand nephews, Devine Meier and Patrick Meier; sister-in-law, Charlotte Sanders (Chesley); brothers-in-law, Ray Orr, Bruce Orr and Anthony Orr(Marsha). The family would like to acknowledge Andrea Jean Brooks Clark(Aunt) for years of devotion and assisted care. Funeral services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, April 17, 2014 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
