Robert (Bobby) D. Morrison, Jr., a lifetime resident of Mobile passed away on February 12, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Bob and Yvonne M. Morrison. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 45 years, Wanda Frazier Morrison of Mobile; beloved daughters, Katrina Morrison (Eric) Brown of Mobile, Kellie Morrison of Birmingham; one very much adored grandson, Gavin Eric Brown of Mobile; Three sweet and devoted sisters, Yvonne Morrison, Rachel (Luther) Quinley, and Becky (Elzie) Elmore, all of Mobile, as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Bobby is a retired nursery man. He worked his whole entire life with his family at Morrison's Nursery and Garden Center. He was an active member of Forest Hill Church of God and a 1963 graduate of Baker High School. He loved to watch Alabama football and Baker High School soccer games. His favorite vacation destination was Walt Disney World.
Funeral Services are planned at Forest Hill Church of God, 5508 Moffett Road in Mobile on Tuesday, February 13 at 6:00 PM. The family will receive Friends at the church from 4:00 PM until service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions may be made to the Providence Foundation P.O. Box 850429, Mobile, AL 36685.
