Robert Wagner

Robert John Wagner, Jr., 64, of Mobile, AL died at his home on June 12, 2023 after a brief battle with

cancer. His final days were spent with family and friends.

Robert "Pops" was born on March 14, 1959 and is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Tina Brettel Wagner. His children, Bobby (Melissa) Wagner, Morgan Wagner, and Shanon (Mat) Vickery. His grandchildren, Kael Jaxen, Blakely Ann, Parker Mathew, and Kaed Robert. His siblings, Kimberly

Wagner Davis, and Cindy (Le) Smith plus many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert John Wagner, Sr. and Barbara Ann Wagner.

Robert graduated from McGill Toolen Catholic High School in 1978. During that time, he started his over

50-year career in the Plumbing industry. Most would say he was the man that could fix anything. When

Robert set his mind to accomplishing something, it was done. That is how RJ Wagner Plumbing and RJ

Wagner and Sons were formed.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Some of our family and friends most cherished memories are from

fishing off of Plumbcrazy in the Gulf and riding the four-wheeler for endless hours at the hunting camp.

But, most of all, Roberts long time love for Tina and his friends (old and new) that he would consider to

be family, will be irreplaceable.

Services will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will

begin at 10:00 am followed by a graveside service at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 11:00 am.
