Rosemary Kirk Smith, a native of Hattiesburg, MS and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Bryant Kirk and Nell Kathleen Bennett Kirk, and her husband of 54 years, Curtis Bruce Smith, Sr. Her survivors include one son, Curtis Bruce "Curt" (Kirsten) Smith, Jr.; two daughters, Linda Smith (Andrew) Claxton and Lisa Smith (Robert) Luther; one brother, Carlton (Susie) Kirk; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. A memorial service, officiated by Dr. Charles Brown and Pastor Bill Smith, will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11:00 AM from Government Street Baptist Church.
