Rufus Mccarra

Mr. Rufus Nathan McCarra, age 88. A native of Clarke County, Mississippi and a resident of Wilmer, Alabama passed away on Friday, June 5, 2015. Mr. McCarra was an Army Veteran serving in WWII., member of Calvary Baptist Church in Quitman, Mississippi and retired from the Mobile Gas Service. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 68 years, Annie Ruth McCarra; two sons, Kennith Duane (Linda) McCarra, Sr., Dennis Norman (Marsha) McCarra; four brothers, two sisters, four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday 12 noon until 2 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
