Russell Schneider

Russell Walter Schneider Jr., 83, beloved father and husband, was called into the arms of his Savior on July 21, 2020, due to complications of COVID-19. He entered this world on June 17, 1937 in Miami, Florida. He is survived by his devoted wife of 33 years, Patricia Schneider, daughters Laura Schneider, Kris Stansell, Jennifer Wittenberg and Abby Stimpson, 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. and his sister Judy Figueredo.

Russell proudly served his country in the United States Navy for four years, and enjoyed his retirement in Daphne, AL. "Papa" as he was known to his friends and family, enjoyed traveling, playing cards, fishing and golf. He loved the Lord, and his joyful outlook on life, his friendliness and encouragement to all, will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 31st at 10:00am at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
