Sherry Hall

Sherry Crenshaw Hall - age 74, born in Mobile, Alabama and a long-time resident of Semmes. She passed away on September 12, 2015, joining her "Honey" in Heaven on their 56th wedding anniversary. She was a 1959 graduate of Vigor High School, a faithful member for over fifty years, and Secretary of Kushla Bethany Baptist Church. Sherry loved spending time with her family, especially supporting and cheering on her grandchildren. Reading was her favorite past-time and she was also an avid fan of the Braves. Predeceased by Husband, Jerry Wayne Hall; Mother, Naomi Rayford Crenshaw; Father, E.S. (Bud) Crenshaw; Brothers, Curtis Crenshaw and Renny Crenshaw; Grand-daughter, Natalie Hall. Survived by Son, Lance and wife Cindie Hall; Daughter, Naomi (Noni) and husband Keith Howard; Grand-Children, Nicholas and wife Ansley Hall, Morgan Howard, Ryan and wife Schyler Howard, Kaleb Hall and Katelyn Hall; Great Grand-Children, Pierce and Paiton Howard, Ledger Hardy, Bennett and Emory Hall; Step-Mother, Carol Crenshaw; Siblings, Barbara Dickerson, Ruth McKinley, Diane Buckalew, Carol Miller, Ham Sutton and Scott Crenshaw. A host of nieces, nephews and special friends, especially her ECHO Sunday School Class. Pallbearers will be Jason Hall, Kenneth Langham, Jimbo Newbill, Bradley Crenshaw, David Neutze, Tim Poates, and her grand-sons, Nicholas and Kaleb. In lieu of flowers Sherry requested donations be made to Kushla-Bethany Baptist Church Building Fund, 6145 Highway 45 Eight Mile, Alabama 36613. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens funeral home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
