Stacy Flynn Sholes, a native of Birmingham, AL and current resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2015 at the age of 52. He was a self-employed general contractor. Stacy enjoyed lots of hobbies, including, skeet shooting, hunting, fishing, Alabama football and Ole Miss football. His brother, Robert Frank Sholes, Jr., and his grandparents preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Kimberly Brewer Sholes; his son, Zachary Flynn Sholes; three sisters, Tracy (Teddy) Hooper, Wendy (Jim) Egger and Lindsey Sholes; three brothers, Todd (Michele) Mixon, Lance (Lindsey) Sholes and Brad Mixon; his father, Robert (Elaine) Sholes; his mother, Jane Kay Jones Sholes; his father-in-law, Darrell (Joann) Brewer; his mother-in-law, Sandra (Nelson) Smith; two brothers-in-law, Kit (Allison) Brewer and Philip (Kelly) Hall; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
