Tina Nelson

Tina Morning (Roush) Nelson, passed away on September 14, 2022, at age 78. Tina was born October 25, 1943, in Laurel, MS and was a long-time resident of Irvington, AL. She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Andy Nelson, son Shane Nelson, daughter Tammy Smith (Alan), sister Anna Busby (Soney), brother Charlie Roush (Nona). Grandchildren Madison Nelson, Chase Nelson, Derek Ladnier, Hannah Smith, and Ashton Strickland (Gavin), great-grandchild Liam Strickland. Goddaughter Dana Mcleod, niece Mickey Key (Joe), nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
Tina's funeral service will be a graveside service held at Mobile Memorial Gardens on Monday, September 19, 2022, at 12:00 pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:30 in the main building and the service will begin with a processional to the graveside. Tina's nephew Brad Busby will lead her service. Serving as pallbearers will be Shane Nelson, Alan Smith, Eddy Nelson, Renny Nelson, Matthew Nelson and Gavin Strickland.
