January 31, 1941 - January 25, 2025

Beatrice Etheridge was born January 31, 1941. She entered her eternal home on January 25, 2025, at the age of 83.

Beatrice was born to Earl and Mae Bell Greer in Uriah, Alabama. She is preceded in

death by her siblings, Charles Greer, Curtis Greer, Franklin Greer, Marie O'Gwynn, Kenny

Greer, Jerry Greer, and Harold Greer.

She is survived by her eldest sister, Clara Wright. She married Uless Etheridge February 29, 1968 (leap year). In their 56 years of marriage, she was a devoted mother to four children. She is survived by her loving husband, Uless and children Timmy (Tonia) Francis, Connie Davis, Grant (Charlene) Etheridge and Eric (Chelsea) Etheridge. Nana B loved all her grandchildren dearly, Tamara (Josh), Tara (Jason), Timothy (Anne), Michael, Nicholas, Melissa (Steven), Cary, Savanna (Jeremy), Cheyenne, Halli, Kaitlin, Destini, Frankie, Cassie, Brylan, Brayden, Annaleigh and Erica. She also had many great grandchildren whom she adored, Ethan, Austin, Connor, Ansley, Tyler, Sadie, Atlas, Brilyn, Terrill, Creedance, Etta, Ariel, Kaidyn, Jace, Hadlee, and Jansen.

Beatrice, better known as Mrs. Bea, or Aunt Bea, drove a school bus for 29 years and

truly adored the students and families she met along her journey. She cherished her

family deeply and loved to give gifts to express her love and adoration. Beatrice had a

deep love for singing, especially songs about Jesus. Cooking, baking, and her church

family played a vital role in her life. She made friends wherever she went with her sweet

smile and will be missed dearly by her many other family members and friends.

Family will greet friends on Saturday February 1, 2025, from 11:00 - 12:00 with a

celebration of life following at Mobile Memorial Gardens.

The Pallbearers will be Timmy Francis, Grant Etheridge, Eric Etheridge, Timothy Francis,

Jason Hickey and Joshua Perry.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile

1626 Springhill Avenue Mobile, AL 36604.
