Victor Sherrill

Mr. Victor Lee Sherrill originally from Decatur, AL and resident of Mobile, AL died on Tuesday May 26, 2015 in a local hospital at the age of 61. Mr. Sherrill was an Eagle Scout and employed by Lowes. He was an avid golfer and fisherman and was a graduate of Decatur High School in Decatur, AL. Vic attended the University of South Alabama where he was founding member of Theta XI fraternity and charter member of Kappa Alpha fraternity. He was preceded in death by his father Sam "Skip" Taylor Sherrill. He is survived by his wife, Becky Yonge Sherrill; mother, Dot Sherrill; sister, Kathy Sherrill (Michael) Lucia; nieces nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday May 28, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday May 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
