Virginia Covington

Virginia Wardell Covington 1940-2017 A native of Smith County, MS and resident of Mobile, AL died on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at the age 77. Mrs. Covington loved her family and family gatherings. She is survived by four children, Vicki (Dan) Richardson, Sharon Thomas, Claude (Tracy) Pettis, Jr. and Tracy (Butch) Wheeler, Jr; brother, LaVoy (Mary Ann) Wardell; eight grandchildren, Marcus Thomas, Jr., Jeremy Pettis, Sabrina Pettis, Samuel Pettis, Ryan McKenna, Kalee McKenna, Clint Richardson and Danny Richardson; one great grandchild, Layla. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 12:00 PM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation from 10:00 AM until service time.
