WAYDE NELSON COVINGTON, Sr. OBITUARY

Wayde Covington Sr., age 63, a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, with his wife, Debra, at his side. Born on January 22, 1959, Wayde grew up with a love of hunting, fishing, working on motors and equipment. This would prove very helpful in 2008 when he started his own business, Waymore Marine Products.

Wayde was preceded in death by his parents, Stova and Christine Covington, sisters, Wanda Covington, Wynn Covington Jones, and brother, Wendell Covington. Survivors include his wife, Debra Covington, son, Wayde Covington, Jr., brother, Wayne (Barbara) Covington, adopted brother, Jeff (Glynanne) Albinger, daughters, Shanna (Randall) Miller, Chelsea Covington and numerous grandchildren.

A Visitation and memorial service with Chaplin Kim Crawford Meeks officiating, will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 1st. Visitation starts at 11:00am and the service at 12:00pm.
