William "Larry" McMullan
January 2, 1946-January 7, 2018
He was born in Decatur, Mississippi. Larry passed away peacefully on January 7, 2018 at home with his wife and loved ones present. Larry was a commercial construction superintendent for many years in the Mobile and Baldwin County area. He served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. Larry enjoyed riding his motorcycle, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends, and watching Alabama football. He was a kind and tender and always willing to lend a helping hand to others. Larry was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Ellen for 48 years. He was preceded in death by his parents Singleton and Mary McMullan, one sister, Shirley Hackman. He is survived by his wife, Ellen McMullan, sister, Sue (Ken) Tennyson, brother, Wayne (Liz) McMullan and brother-in-law, Rus Hackman and many nieces and nephews. Larry was much loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 2pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 1pm. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
