William E. Ramsey, a native of Ashland, AL and a longtime resident of Mobile, died on Monday. He was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church and was retired from BellSouth. Mr. Ramsey was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Tressie Levi Ramsey and two daughters, Martha Barrett and Ann Byron and grandson, Billy Ziebach. He is survived by his daughter, Betty Ramsey; six grandsons, Charlie Ziebach, Joseph Ziebach, Matthew Ziebach, Robbie Robbins(Jaime Shutko), Kyle Robbins and Brad Robbins; granddaughter, Tina Coleman and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11 am. Visitation will start at 10 am. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
