William Slocomb, Jr.

William Edward Slocomb Jr, age 51, of Mobile, Alabama, died peacefully in his sleep on Monday August 1, 2016 in his home. William was born in Aurora Colorado at Laughlin Air Force Base on November 30, 1964 to William Edward Slocomb and Nancy Marie Ligon.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Edward Slocomb.
Loving son to mother Nancy Marie Ligon and his sisters Teresa Lynn Slocomb, Dawn Leann Cole and Deborah Ann Hernandez.
William was affectionately known as Bill to his friends and family. He had a wonderful spirit and was a kind and loving person. He had a life of service as a Respiratory Therapist and bartender and enjoyed helping others. He loved the gulf coast, fishing and being in nature. He was loved by all who knew him and will be missed.
Per his wishes, there will not be a Memorial Service and funeral. The family will have a Life Celebration event at a future date, where his ashes will be spread out to sea.
