Wynona Hodges

Wynona Mae Hodges - a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died Wednesday morning, December 6, 2017 after a lengthy illness. Wynona was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved Alabama football and NASCAR. She could recite SEC football statistics, and tell you who the leader was in the NASCAR cup chase. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys Fleta Burns and Jefferson Lafayette Dozier, and her husband William Hodges. She is survived by the following: Richard (Jeff) Everitt, Johnnie Kaye Everitt, Scott T. Winstead, Paige Winstead, and Ann Marie LoFrisco-Everitt; five grandchildren, Gus A. Wilson , Selena Everitt, Morgan Winstead, Keegan Everitt, Tyler Minga and beloved friends that will miss her dearly.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:00 AM at graveside in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday at 9:45 AM before proceeding to the Interment site in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
